Our new B2B website brings your familiar POG layout and Easy Ordering system online.
1. Login 👤
- Existing users can click 'Sign In' at the top-right corner.
- Create a wholesale account by clicking Sign Up.
- Fill in your details accurately to receive your login credentials.
- Login information is sent via email within 24 business hours.
2. Select Products 🛒
- The collection will be displayed, allowing you to choose panels just like flipping through the pages of our paper POG.
- Use filters to quickly find the products you need.
- Enter the desired quantity for each item (note: all orders are placed in dozen units).
- Click the cart icon to add each product to your order.
3. Submit Order 📤
- Review all items in your cart carefully.
- Adjust quantities or remove items if needed.
- If you require merchandising accessories (e.g. display hooks, accessories), list the item(s) and quantity in the provided text field.
- Confirm and submit your order for processing.
4. Managing Your Orders 🖥️
- Receive an order confirmation via email immediately after submission.
- Check your full order history and status under 'Order History'.
- Track your shipment with the provided tracking number.
- Contact support if you notice any discrepancies or need assistance.
